ABCD is a quadrilateral in which P, Q, R and S are mid-points of AB, BC, CD and DA respectively.
In triangle DAB
SP is parallel to DB   .........mid-point thereom
similarly, RQ is parallel to DB
PQ is parallel to AC
SP is parallel to DB
PQRS is a parallelogram.
PR and QS are the diagonals of a parallelogram.
Hence, diagonals of a prallelogram bisect each other.
