pls explain electric flux.

It is the number of lines of force crossing an area.
It is given by integral E.dS.
You can think of lines of force as arrows shot by pandavs as bhishma pita. If he is standing straight which means theta is zero, maximum arrows will hit him. When he falls flat the number of arrows hitting him is zero and theta for this position is 90 degrees. The number of arrows hitting him at every position is the flux through him.
Similarly electric flux is the number of lines of force crossing an area.
