All the capacitor will discharge so charges on any of the capacitor at any time will be given as
q = Qe^-(t/CR)
And slope of the function
dq/dt = -1/CR×a
Here we can see the slope of the graph is coming as negative and it is inversely proportional to Resistance so tha larger resistance would have less steeper curve and low resistance would have high steeper curve
So R3 has highest resistor and R1 has lowest resistance
