Statement 1 : False: 
Because a compound with only one stereocenter is chiral, it only has enantiomers no diastereomers.
 
Statement 2 : False:
Because meso compounds are achiral due to the plane of symmetry but have diastereomers 
 
Statement 3 : False:
because the same reason as above, meso compounds have stereocentres but they are achiral.
 
Statement 4 : True:
Because compound has stereocentre have stereoisomers.
