Given :- Volume, V = 15 cm3 = 1.5 ×10-5 m3 (Convert volume from CGS unit to SI unit)
 
Mass, m = 45 kg

space rho space equals m over V space equals space fraction numerator 45 over denominator open parentheses 1.5 cross times 10 to the power of negative 5 end exponent close parentheses end fraction equals space 30 cross times 10 to the power of 5 space k g divided by m cubed space equals space 3 space cross times space 10 to the power of 6 space k g divided by m cubed space 
 
Thus, density of the lock is 3×106 kg/m3
