Dear Student
if the mirror is 20cm high,and the tree image completely fills the mirror ==> Angular height fo mirror and tree at at eye is same.
Say distance between mirror and tree = d
Tan θ = opposite side /adjescent side= 0.2/ 1 =0.2
The other way Tan θ =15/ ( d+1) = 0.2
d+1= 15/0.2 =75 ==> d= 74 m
==> the distance between the eye and tree= 74-1 = 73m
