here we use the equation
nenh=ni2
here ne is the number density of electrons in the sample and nh is the number density of the holes in the sample.
and ni is the number density of the intrinsic atoms in the sample.
putting all the values in the equation we get.
number density of the electron shall approximately will be 3.31011per meter cube.
