Yes. Nastic movements may be in response to either certain external stimuli or to internal growth stimuli. Eg. Movements of developing buds which swell, open up nad eventually fall off are examples of internally directed, or autonomic nastic movements. Opening and closing of buds to form shoot is also a growth related nastic movemnet.
