OSPQ is parallelogram and PQ = | ( - ) |
As per the given condition , | | = | | = | ( - ) |  , all the sides of ΔOPQ are same .
Hence θ = 60o = ( π / 3 ) rad

Hence angle between and is 60o or ( π / 3 ) rad
