CBSE Class 10 Answered
How do we know that we have eaten enough?

Expert Answer
When our stomach is full, signals are set from stomach to the brain centres. Eating slowly and chewing allows the brain time to realize that the stomach is full, therefore you feel full and do not tend to over eat. But it takes time for this message to be sent and hence eating very quickly will make us overeat as the brain gets the message only after some time.
