Given that, 0 is the zero of the given polynomial.
let P and Q be the other two zeroes.
Then, using relation between zeroes and coefficients of a polynomial, we have:
PQ + P(0) + Q(0) = c/a
PQ = c/a
Hence, the product of the other two zeroes is c/a.
