Expert Answer:
The proposition can be justified observing following points:
- Water flows around freely and we need some container to hold the water molecules.Almirah does not need any support and it's molecules stay together due to high intermolecular forces of attraction.
- On cooling down water changes it's state becoming ice but cooling has no effect on state of almirah showing it is already in the solid state.
