Holandric gene is a nonhomologous region of Y chromosome whereas sex linked genes are associated only to sex chromosome specially to X chromosome.
Holandric genes condition phenotypes that emerge only in men whereas sex linked genes condition phenotypes depending upon the sex of the individual.
