at what point the origin be shifted so that the point 3 2 are seen the position at -34

It is undersood that the points 3 2 and -3 4 as mentioned in the posting refer coordinates ( 3,2 ) and (-3, 4) in Cartesian coordinate system.

Figure shows the coordinate P(3,2 ) with respect to X-Y coordinate system with origin O.
To transform the coordinate P(3,2 ) to P'(-3, 4 ) , Origin O has to be shifted to x- coordiate ( 3 - (-3) ) = 6 .
Along y-axis , origin O has to be shifted to y coordinate ( 2-(4) ) = -2
Hence the new origin O' is at ( 6, -2 ) with respect to old origin O
