Arpan things that the President of India is above the law and a law that applies to common people, does not apply to the head of the state full stop do you think do you agree with Arpan? Give reasons for your answer

No, Arpan’s thinking is incorrect. It is because according to the Constitution of our country, every citizen is considered equal before law even if it is the President of the nation. The constitution does not discriminate people on the basis of religion, caste, gender or class.
