Formula to be used :- v2 = u2+2gh, where u is intial velocity that is zero, g is acceleration due to gravity and h is height in metre
 
v = square root of(2gh) = square root of(2×9.8×5) = √98 m/s
Kinetic energy = (1/2)mv2 = 0.5×0.2×98 = 9.8 J
