Volume of cone = n (Volume of 1 spherical ball)
1/3 * pi* r2 * h = n * 4/3 * pi * r3
1/3 * pi* (12)2 * (24) = n * 4/3 * pi * (3)3
(12)2 * (24) = n * 4 * (3)3
n = 32
Thus, 32 spherical balls can be formed.
