a sol. of acetic acid in water is highly conc.will u call it strong acid.explain.

No we can't call it strong acid because acetic acid is weak electrolyte so if more acetic acid is added in the solution more undissociated acetic acid remain in the solution .
Highly concentrated but not strong acid because strong acid is the substance which completely ionised in the solution.
