A rectangular shaped cake has the length 24cm breath 18cm and height 16 cm. This cake is cut into piece with a length 4cm breath 3 cm and height 2cm and distributes among students. A, find the volume of the cake? B. How many children will get the cake piece?

A rectangular shaped cake has the length 24 cm breath 18 cm and height 16 cm. 
Volume of cake = lbh where l = 24 cm, b = 18 cm and h = 16 cm
Volume of cake = 24 × 18 × 16 = 6912 cm3 
A piece of a length 4 cm breath 3 cm and height 2 cm.
Volume of a piece of a cake = 4 × 3 × 2 = 24 cm3
Let the number of pieces be n.
n = 6912/24 = 288
288 children will get the cake pieces.
