A ball of mass 0.25kg is thrown upwards with a velocity of 10m/s at what height it's kinetic energy become 10J

Kinetic energy=10 J
As the ball is thrown upward, and when it reaches maximum height the kinetic energy is completely convertes to potential energy.
Thus, at maximum height
Kinetic energy =potential energy = 10 J
P.E. = mgh
10 = 0.25 × 9.8 × h
h = 4.08 m
