Let X be the random variable which represents defective items drawn.
Then x can take values 0,1,2,3,4
n(S) = total possible ways of selecting 5 items = 25C4
P(X = 0) = 20C4 / 25C = 969/2530
P(X = 1) = 5C1 × 20C3 / 25C4 = 114/253
P(X = 2) = 5C2 × 20C2 / 25C4 = 38/253
P(X = 3) = 5C3 × 20C1 / 25C4 = 4/253
P(X = 4) = 5C4  / 25C= 1/2530
