1 Kg of water is at triple point.  What amount of water will be in solid, liquid and vapour phase?

There is no definite relation in the amount of water in different phases at triple point.  At triple point whole of 1 kg water can be single phase.  The relative amounts of the three phases depend upon internal energy of water e.g we can increase the amount of vapour phase of water by adding the heat to the water.
