Hi Bala, Twin paradox is a thought concept in physics wherein two twins are considered. One is sent in a rocket in space and the other one is on Earth. After the twin returns back to Earth, both of them find that the twin that was on Earth has aged normally while that sent to space is younger than him. This indicates that travelling at high speeds, slows down time.
