What is a effect of wind velocity on velocity of sound?

The velocity of sound depends on the disturbance in the medium their velocity of wind will affect the velocity of sound in the following way.
If the wind and sound are propagating in the same direction then their velocities add up.
If they are in opposite direction they subtracted.
If they are propagating in any direction with respect to each other then the resultant velocity can be found using vector laws
