Fc =( k q1 q2 )/ r
k ≈ 9×109 Nm2 /C2 
 
Fc = ( 9×109 × 1 × 1) / ( 9 ×10-9 )2 
 
Thus, electric force between the two charges is,
Fc = 0.11 × 109 N
