Circumference = 2πr = 24π m
where r is base radius, we get r = 12 m from the above relation.
 
slant height l = begin mathsize 12px style square root of r squared plus h squared space end root space equals space square root of 12 squared plus 9 squared end root space equals space 15 space m end style
curved surface area = πrl = π×12×15 = 180π sq.m
