The chemical equation of the reaction is:  

   HCl  +  AgNO3   →    AgCl  +  HNO3

Hence comma space molarity space of space HCl space equals space 10 to the power of negative 3 end exponent over 10 space cross times space 1000 space equals space 0.1 space straight M end style

 In case of HCl ,

Molarity=Normality 

So Normality=0.1 M
