Let X and Y be the actual price of tea and lemon respectively.

Then,

0.15Y - 0.05X  = 7

0.05X + 0.10Y = 13

or equivalently,

15Y - 5X  = 700

5X + 10Y = 1300

Adding these two, we find Y = 80.

Hence X = 100.

The actual price of tea is Rs 100 and lemon is Rs 80.
