Distance LI is lens-to-image distance which is obtained from lens-to-object distance LO and focal length of lens
we have lens equation, (1/v) - (1/u) = (1/f)
By sign-convention, lens to object distance u is negative and focal length f is +ve.
hence (1/v)+(1/15) = 1/10 or v = LI = 30 cm
we are given that LM = 10 cm, hence MI = 20 cm.
After reflection from mirror and second refraction by lens, image coincides with object means,
after reflection the rays or retraced exactly in opposite direction. Hence we have normal incidence and normal reflection at mirror.
Hence the point I is centre of curvature of mirror. Hence MI = 20 = 2×fm , where fm is focal length of mirror which is 10 cm
