If a person standing constant or not please and person be is travelling on 5 kilometres per hour and person C travelling 10 kilometre per hour then according to person C ,A will be 10 kilometres slower than him and B will be 5 kilometres slower than him and according to B C will be 5 kilometers faster than him and person A will be 5 kilometers slower than him but if a light passes beside them to the speed of light would be constant to all of them

This is the basic postulate of the theory of relativity that the speed of light is the same in all inertial frames i.e The speed of light is independent of the motion of the observer.The speed of light does not vary with time or place.
