Try with unitary method.
Hint
First find out if 1 man is involved in doing the entire work, how many days will be required? Then find for 12 men.
We know that to complete a task if you increase the number of people, work will finish faster. When you reduce people, time taken to complete the same task will be more. Is not it?
25 men can complete the work in 20 days.
1 man can complete the same in 25 x 20 days.
Find out for 12 men now.
