Vector diagram for motion of girl and wind is shown in figure. Since the girl is moving towards north,
still air will appear to girl  to flow from North to south with same speed.
But actually wind is flowing from east to west with same speed of girl.
Hence the direction of resultant velocity of wind is South-West .
Flag will be stretched out in the direction of south-west
