(11) Total energy is constant. Hence graph-(D) represents the total energy of oscillating mass
 
(12) current is directly proportional to voltage across resistance.  zero voltage gives zero current.
       Hence graph-A represents the current as a function of voltage.
 
(13) Maximum kinetic energy of photo electron = hν - φ , where φ is the photo-electric workfunction of material,
        ν is the incident frequency of radiation and h is plancks constant. For lower frequency, there is a threshold value due to workfunction.
         For frequency above threshold value, kinetic energy is directly proportional to incident energy of photon,
        hence proportional to frequency of incident radiataion.
        Hence graph-B represents the maximum kinetic energy of electron as function of frequency of incident radiation
