Can we predict the reaction only by seeing its EMF even though concentration is 1 Normal and not 1M

(1) Reduction potential of Cu is greater than reduction potential of H+ ions and therefore Cu should undergo reduction. So No reaction occurs between Cu and H2SO4 .
 
(2) Reduction potential of Fe is lower than reduction potential of H+ thus iron will be oxidised to Fe+2  .
              Ecell =ECathode - Eanode
                     =0-(-0.44)
                    =0.44 V
         Change in Gibbs free energy=-2FE<0 in this case.
 So this will be spontaneous.
 
(3) Reaction will occurs in this because Reduction potential of Pb is lower than reduction potential of H+
             
 Ecell =ECathode - Eanode
                     =0-(-0.13)
                    =0.13 V
 
Release of H2 occurs.
