Expert Answer
when electric charge is at centre of sphere, electric field is only in radial direction and having spherical symmetry. Line from center of the sphere along the radius is normal to surface. Hence field lines are normal to the surface.
Consider small area on the surface of sphere. The area vector is normal to this area and also if charge is at the centre of sphere, then field lines also normal to this area. Hence area vector and electric field lines are parallel and angle between them is zero.
