number of ways to form committee with  7 boys and no girls = 9C7 = 36

number of ways to form committee with  6 boys and  1 girl = 9C6 +4C1  = 84+4 = 88

number of ways to form committee with  5 boys and  2 girls = 9C5 +4C2  = 126+6 = 132

number of ways to form committee with  4 boys and  3 girls = 9C4 +4C3  = 126+4 = 130

number of ways to form committee with  3 boys and  4 girls = 9C3 +4C4  = 84+1 = 85

Total numver of ways = 36+88+132+130+85 = 471
