For first experiment we have l1+e = v/(4n) ...............(1)
 
where l1 is the length of resonating column, e is error in measurement, v is speed of sound and n is frequency of vibrartion
 
for second experiment we have l2+e = 3v/(4n) ...............(2)
 
(2)-(1) gives (l2-l1) = 2v/(4n)  = v/(2n).......................(3)
 
hence Δ(l2-l1) / (l2-l1) = Δv/v   
Δv = 2n×Δ(l2-l1) = 2×512×(0.1+0.1) = 204.8 cm/s
