Why is the open loop gain of operational amplifier is very high in order of 10^5?is it due to the small input value (V+ - V-) ? Or very small value of input resistance? And would the current flowing through internal resistance be small?

Open loop gain of the operational amplifier is the actual gain of the electronic circuit.

The gain is cotrolled by feedback resistors to suit the application requirements and to give good stability
