When lone pair is available why h20 still counted as sp3 hybridisation?

There are four electrons involved in bonding. And these constitute the two H−OH−O bonds…but in the water molecule there are 8 valence electrons (6 from oxygen, and two from hydrogen!), the four remaining electrons are conceived to be localized on oxygen.

Total number of pairs= 2  sigma Bonds + 2 lone pair

So, 4 orbitals are involved in this hybridisation, (1 S +3 P orbitals)

Hybridisation= SP3
