Dear Student,
When hydrogen burns in the presence of oxygen, water is formed from the combination of hydrogen and water.
This reaction is called a combination reaction.
Water is electrolyzed then hydrogen and oxygen gases are produced. This reaction is called electrolytic decomposition reaction.
