As per the condition, we have
straight x plus 2 cross times fraction numerator negative 7 over denominator 3 end fraction equals 3 over 7 rightwards double arrow straight x minus 14 over 3 equals 3 over 7 rightwards double arrow straight x equals 3 over 7 plus 14 over 3 rightwards double arrow straight x equals fraction numerator 9 plus 98 over denominator 7 cross times 3 end fraction rightwards double arrow straight x equals 107 over 21 Hence comma space 107 over 21 space must space be space added space to space twice space the space rational space number space fraction numerator negative 7 over denominator 3 end fraction space to space get space 3 over 7.
