What is the difference between Refraction and Reflection ?

Reflection is the phenomena in which a ray of light after striking a surface returns back to the same medium where refraction occurs when a ray of light travels from one medium to another medium. In this case its speed changes when it travels from one medium to another and this change in speed causes refraction of light.
