What are the conditions under which no emf will be induced in the circuit?

No emf. will be induced in a circuit when the magnetic flux linked with the coils does not change with time. Such conditions are:
a) When magnet and the loop move with the same velocity in the same direction.
b) When loop is moved with a uniform magnetic field and the whole of the loop stays in the field.
