what are real roots ?

Hello,
Real roots are those value of the variable (generally 'x') for which the polynomial value becomes zero and those values of 'x' are real and not imaginary.
When it is given that a polynomial has real roots it means that when you plot the polynomial with respect to x, you will get real values for which polynomial crosses the x - axis. these will be the roots of polynomial.
