kx - y = 2 and 6x - 2y = 3
a1 = k, b1 = -1, a2 = 6,b2 = -2, c1 = 2 and c2 = 3
The linear equations has unique solution if
a1/a2 ≠ b1 /b2
k/6 ≠ -1/-2
k ≠ 3
