The remainder of the polynomial 5+bx-2x^2+ax^3, when divided by (x-2) is twice the remainder when it is divided by (x+1). Show that 10a+4b=9

When we divide ax3 -2x2 +bx+5 by (x-2) we get remainder ( 8a +2b -3 ) as shown below
 
 
Similarly, when we divide ax3 -2x2 +bx+5 by (x+1) we get remainder ( 3 -a -b ) as shown below
 
Given information : 8a+2b-3 = 2 [ 3 -a -b ]   or  10a + 4b = 9
