the frequency of ac is doubled. How do R, XL and Xc get affected?

Hi Jaskamal,

The resistance does not depend on frequency. So, R will remain same.

XL is given as XL = ωL = 2πfL

So, if frequency is doubled, XL will also be doubled.

XC is given as XC = 1/ωC = 1/(2πfC)

So, if frequency is doubled, XC will be halved.
