The electrostatic force on a metal sphere of a charge 0.4 macrocoulomb due to another identical metal sphere of charge - 0.8 macrocoulomb in air is 0.2 Newton .find the distance between the two sphere and also the force between same to sphere When They brought into contact and placed in there initial position?

macrocoulomb ????? , I assume it is micro coulomb, may be typing error
AS per coulomb's law, Force
(force between unlike chareges are -ve by convention) in above equation r is the separation distance between charges.
hence
When both the spheres are in contact, equal amount of +ve and -ve charges neutralize,
hence both spheres will get -0.2 micro coulomb.
hence the repulsive force is (0.2/0.32)×0.04 = 0.025 N
