Sir , we have 4 rules to draw image . Can we use any two rule to draw image .

I assume that you are asking about the rules related to image formation by spherical mirrors or spherical lenses. 
 
So, answer for your question is no. Because image formation depends upon the position of an object. And according to the postion of an object you have to choose the incident rays passing through different points. So, knowledge of any two rules will not help you in obtaining correct image of an object. 
 
So, while drawing ray diagrams you must consider all the rules. 
Also, along with the rules of image formation you must know the sign conventions. 
Knowing all the rules and sign conventions of ray diagrams will help you to get accurate image of an object in case of both spherical mirror as well as spherical lenses.
