Read the prose carefully and answer the questions based on
it:-
To feel, assume, and think big is a great
feeling. Since it pleases my heart and mind. When I have guests at home. I
glance through the pairs of foot wears left behind. I get tickled to try on
my small little tender feet I try once, twice and thrice. I feel so happy
with colourful fancy foot wears and my desire to
become big increases!!
I take interest in
adult attires, fashions that they walk with. Right from the choice of the
fancy Bindies, Bangles and the matching discoloured jeans I watch the trend. I imagine myself
in that particular dress. I get so obsessed even with then mannerisms like,
nodding the head. Using the tips of my tongue while speaking, shrugging of
the shoulders, etc.
When my mother calls
me Munna or Munni or
when my teacher addresses dear child, my heart breaks and refuses to accept
that I am so small. Why can't they treat me as an adult! My worry is my
shirt and pants that I have outgrown and passed to someone who needs them.
Why can't my mother
realize that I have grown and become bigger only at times of my mistakes?
My mother points out raising her finger at me stating that the blunder that
I have committed is unpardonable as I am setting an example for the
younglings at home. I want to be big both physically and mentally so that
people at home and in school treat me as I desire and deserve.
